Our services
Two specialist teams, one point of accountability.

VIGILUME Security
Commercial security
Static guarding, mobile patrols, concierge and access control, retail and construction security, plus selected event work.

VIGILUME Cleaning
Commercial cleaning
Commercial, office, strata, retail and industrial cleaning, plus selected construction and final cleans.
Why one partner?
Security sees the site after hours. Cleaning sees it before the doors open.
Fewer hand-off gaps
An issue found on patrol becomes a cleaning action the same night, without a second supplier being briefed.
Clearer ownership
One service manager answers for both scopes, so nothing sits between two contracts waiting to be claimed.
A fuller view of the property
Observations from both teams are reviewed together, which is how repeat problems get noticed and fixed.
Where we work
Properties we are built for.
Shopping centres and retail
Behaviour management and presentation through trading hours, with restorative work after close.
Commercial property
Concierge, access control and common-area standards tenants judge every day.
Strata and mixed use
Published schedules and records committees can review without chasing anyone.
Community facilities
Public access, out-of-hours activity and clear conduct expectations.
Industrial and logistics
Gate control, dock and warehouse cleaning that works around shift patterns.
How we start
Four steps, in order, before anyone starts.
- Step 1
Assess the site
We walk the site and review access, risk, trading hours and what is in place now.
- Step 2
Write the scope
Areas, frequencies, coverage hours, escalation and reporting are documented before pricing is agreed.
- Step 3
Mobilise the team
Inductions, licence checks, site instructions and a named supervisor are in place before the first shift.
- Step 4
Review performance
Inspections and incidents are recorded, corrective actions are tracked, and we review on a set cycle.

Common questions
Before you enquire

Do you cover both security and cleaning, or just one?
Either. Many clients start with one service and add the second later. Where we deliver both, one service manager owns the site so issues are not passed between suppliers.
Which areas do you service?
Liverpool, Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown, Campbelltown and Camden are our priority areas. Sites outside them are assessed individually on access, supervision and relief coverage.
What happens at a site assessment?
A site assessment is a practical review of the site and a written scope recommendation. We look at access, risk, trading hours, current arrangements and presentation standards, then set out what we would deliver and what it costs.
What licensing applies to your security work?
Security work is delivered under NSW security licensing. Individual licences are verified before deployment and monitored for expiry, and documentation is supplied during procurement.
How is performance reported?
Inspections, incidents and corrective actions are recorded and presented in the same structure each period, with a scheduled review rather than a report only after a complaint.
Let's assess the site properly.
A site assessment is a practical review of the site and a written scope recommendation. Tell us where the site is and what is in place now, and we will set out what we would do.
